Meet Pasquale ‘Pat’ Brocco, 31, who found it nearly difficult to shed most of his previous weight 605lbs.

“My stomach was down to my thighs, my chest was hanging down here,” Pat, who used to be nicknamed “Fat Pat”, told ABC News.

He was sure it is not going to be an easy pain-free journey. He also knew that it is useless to waste energy and money on misguided fad diet.
Pat came up with the simple strategy to lose weight as simple and cost free as anyone can afford. Pat decided to go on foot to the nearest Walmart in Arizona where he lives and come back every time he felt hungry.

The nearest Walmart store in his vicinity was around a mile and a half away and took him about 90 minutes to get to. He made sure to visit the store three times a day, everyday.
It worked miraculously for Pat and he lost 200 pounds in the matter of two years. Besides, he cut on calories from a previous regular 11,200 calories to mere 2000 calories per day.
He had to switch foods like 100 nuggets for 24 oz of chicken breast and yummy almond milkshakes and sweet potatoes, Pat concluded that losing weight is easier than it looks.
He said: “I took it out of my diet and instantly I started to lose weight again. It’s amazing because I never walked 6 miles in my life. And I was doing it every day.”
31-year-old Pat was now ready for the gym. He thought running on a treadmill instead of walking to Walmart would help him and he would get some muscles as well.

Pat, previously famous ‘fat Pat’ is now renamed as “Possible Pat ” is completely a different muscular guy as fit as Terry Crew.
When Walmart heard about Pat’s story, awarded him $25,000 to start off a business venture where he has been helping others to lose weight and transform their bodies.
