Standing to a fine height of 15 meters, the ‘Madero Café’ appears as a refreshing singular red object next to one of the thickly trafficked highways in Guatemala city.
Cafe’s neutral exterior is masterly crafted only with protruding cars, which appear to have collided with the giant cube. The façade serves as a roadside landmark, has been designed to amuse the drivers as they zoom by or sit still in a traffic jam.
