Since the body of 5-year-old Joe has not been discovered yet and the vigil continues for a 5-year-old autistic Tennessee boy, his father, who is the prime suspect and behinds bars, is currently on suicide watch. According to WKRN reports Joseph Ray Daniels was arrested and is behind bars for intentionally killing his 5-year-old autistic son Joe Clyde Daniels on April 4, is on suicide watch inside the Dickson County jail.
The news has been released after the release of police affidavit which explains the method he used to murder his son.
The affidavit contains details such as Daniels “struck the boy in the body, upper torso, head, and face with closed fist until his son was deceased” while inside their residence off of Garners Creeks Road in Dickson. Then he dialed 911 to report him missing to a dispatcher.
