Key ingredients : 1 raw egg, 3 tbsp ground coffee and 3 cups boiling water.
Grind coffee well.
Combine coffee, egg and water.
Pour mixture into boiling water.
Simmer it for three minutes.
The egg is binding to the ground, add some water now.
Use strainer now.
